All participants must fill out the Middies Team contract (One per child). Download the current year form here.
Bring your completed documents to the YWCA Front Desk along with proper payments by September 6. If your child is new to the YWCA, the Membership Services staff will issue a photo id.
Fall Front Desk hours are: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm; Saturday 10:00am - 2:30pm; Sunday 10:00am - 1:30pm. In the summer, the Front Desk is closes at 5:00pm weekdays and is closed on Sundays.
For those swimmers who participated at other USA Swim Teams in prior years, please contact Coach Devine for your child’s transfer form. This must be completed, signed by an authorized representative at your child’s former team, and brought back to the YWCA Middies Coaches in order to transfer your child to our program.
